High friction coefficient rubber roll "High Clutch U (Urethane)"

Our unique balance mixing technology! By extending roll life, we reduce maintenance costs.

High Clutch U is an advanced composite material that combines a base of special urethane rubber (natural color) with extremely high abrasion resistance and tear resistance, and powerful grain rubber particles (brown), evenly dispersed and bonded using Tailoka Rubber Industry's unique balance mixing technology. The friction coefficient of High Clutch U is twice that of High Clutch 960 and four times that of ordinary urethane rubber, comparable to the friction coefficient of urethane rubber that has undergone crepe processing. 【Features】 ○ Special polyurethane rubber as the main raw material ○ High resistance to aging ○ Strong resistance to edge wear ○ Maintains stable μ (friction coefficient) to prevent slipping ○ Patent pending For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

High friction coefficient rubber roll

Recommended for bridle rolls and deflector rolls for rolled steel plates!

This product is a rubber roll designed for manufacturing, processing, and conveying lines, featuring excellent high friction coefficient, oil resistance, and wear resistance. It is a specially structured rubber roll formed by uniformly dispersing granular rubber (grain) in a base rubber that possesses excellent elasticity and strength. Due to the hardness difference of approximately 5 to 20 JISA between the base rubber and the grain rubber, when deformation occurs due to compression, a difference in pressure distribution between the base and the grains arises, enhancing the contact friction coefficient with the strip. 【Features】 ■ Excellent high friction coefficient, oil resistance, and wear resistance ■ Designed for manufacturing, processing, and conveying lines ■ Special structure formed by uniformly dispersing granular rubber in the base rubber *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
